INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
The Town of Oakland is seeking bids for a site package to include fine grading, athletic field construction, building construction, paving, drainage, sprigging, sodding, lighting, and fencing installation at Oakland Sports Park – Phase 1B, located at Highway 64 and Bowers Road, Oakland, Tennessee. This project is in accordance with the bid specifications.
The project is funded under a grant with the State of Tennessee.

Sealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on November 22, 2024.
All bid packets to be labeled “OAKLAND SPORTS PARK – PHASE 1B” and addressed as follows:

Bidders must direct all inquiries concerning construction plans and bid book in writing to Sam Henry, sam@dt-designstudio.com. Questions regarding the plans and bid book must be received by 5:00 pm, November 14, 2024.
